We offer several fast delivery options, adapted to each country:
- Delivery between 1 and 5 working days depending on country.
- Each country has its own fast, local delivery service.

- Orders are processed within 1 to 12 hours before dispatch.
Delivery problems
If your order has not been received despite delivery confirmation, please send an email to support@digestic.com with all the necessary information, including the order number.
We will check and reship your order if necessary.
Returns & Refunds
Return procedure
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service department at support@digestic.com to report the return.
- Wait for return instructions.
- Refunds will be made within 3 days of receipt of the returned product.
Refund
Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receipt and inspection of the returned product.
Refunds are made to the original method of payment. Please contact support at support@digestic.com with your order number. Requests are processed as quickly as possible.
